Hi, Please tell Edgar Steele that the Bali explosion was obviously not an atomic
blast, but that radioactive material like cesium could have been placed on board
the bomb vehicle and then sprayed everywhere by the conventional T.N.T.
detonation, giving rise to reports of radiation poisoning and burns. Wrapping a
bomb with cesium, available from medical X-ray machines, is a design first
described by our own terrorist experts in America as a means for a tiny group of
