Leon is due to receive another round of annuity paym=nts on December 3rd. Will he be re-GRAT-ing the BFP inter=sts to
a new GRAT on December 4th? (We would resurrect and re-d=te GRAT No. 9) . I need to give Paul Weiss a heads up if
Leon wants to do that so the documents can be ready. &=bsp;Please let me know how you wish to proceed. Next
annuity payment= would be in March but Leon can always re-GRAT whenever—he likely has a =ot on his mind now but I
thought I should mention as the APO stock is down a bit.
