I spoke t= Ms. Richardson - Peters and she conveyed the following:
1. Kary=a will get her approval letter tomorrow.
2. Karyna has 30 days from that point to register her Lice=se 3. In ord=r for her to get her license, she needs to get a tax
clearance letter and =er malpractice insurance (if she already has a job; if not, then not requi=ed) 4. The m=lpractice
insurance should be obtained through Ms. Hendricks (Karyna has t=e contact info according to Ms. Richardson-Peters).
Ms. Hendricks is=retiring at the end of the month so she said to work with her post haste s=nce there is no named
replacement.
