The basic need to get construction moving and completed through the TC= is $378,000, this is what I worked
out with contractor ( $250,000 now , =emaining number is other trades)
plus I would add an additional $200,000 for restaurant and hotel payab=es and payrolls until it can close
Even though I am told it will close shortly I need to plan this out fo= at least two plus weeks
First Republic liked what they saw and have asked for the material for=the underwriting
Hopefully lawyers ( my brothers and real estate lawyer work out simple=path to closing)
