Guy V. went to court yesterday with public defender. Plead=d not guilty. Case continued to middle of October. He will
now be allowed =o call in on Mondays for probation instead of missing 1/2 day if work. Pub=ic defender did not let him
know which way he thought it would go / Guy ne=er asked him???
