The GC bid will come in by end of week and I will review and send to him for approval and schedule
I am currently working on specifications for each apartment as per our individual meetings and will have these
complete by end of week and submitted to purchasing agent for pricing and procurement. It usually takes about two
weeks for them to get this all together and then I will submit this to JE for approval and sign off. This will include the
cost for each aparment individually as well as the total cost for all apartments plus the cost for the warehousing prior to
install. Please see attached the two pictures that I reviewed with you for the look and feel for the guest apartments for
his review. Let me know if there are any issues.
