Jus= a minor point.
I did not see the amount specified (should =e state as they already cashed in 100K)
There is no releas= from Hayes and Peter - I think we need their releases as well.

We can tell them that I will not be using Biosys name and URL.&=bsp; Also if I decide to go with a fund, I
will use new sets of docume=ts (not sure how much this needs to be specificed)
