The 1500kva transformer was tested with TTR test. The B bushing on the transformer tested good but with high
amps. The A bushing was tested and the D tap for that side of the transformer failed. We believe the 1500kva is much
too large a transformer for the load that the island is using. Your meter at the site is showing less than 200am ps per
phase. A 500kva is more a better size for the island at this point. As for the meter base we are still trying to get one.
