Word document. I underlined all the answers. There are some answers that JE needs to give you as I do not know that
information and I indicated as such on the document. Go to Request Absentee Ballot I Election System of the Virgin
Islands <http://www.vivote.gov/content/request-absentee-ballot> and fill out the form using my answers and those
that JE gives you. JE's name must be typed in on the last line as his electronic signature. Have JE review before you hit
send.
