Recently I asked that you revisit the privilege issu= and I am asking for an update. Ada stated that you had indicated
th=t she should not be sharing information with me given your instructions as=it relates to concerns with privilege. I was
not aware of this until recently whereby she was obtaining from PW a= income tax memo on dealer status with buying
and selling art and that I w=s not able to see it due to privilege. Apropos CCA 201443019 whereby=frequent acquisitions
and frequent gifts to charity could be construed as a dealer status for purposes of charitabl= contribution.
