Jeffrey,
Here are two options for the pool based on our conversat=on yesterday when I called you in Paris.
G-7A:
The mezzanine has been taken out.
Two sets of doors symmetrically placed on the north wall=
Entry into the pool room will be through these doors.
Stair option going from +57' above all the way=down to +38' below.
Shower room is now at the southeast corner with a possib=e view out.
( We need to verify this with the existing topogr=phy )
The Pool equipment room is now at the southwest corner.<=:p>
( Fresh sir intake for HVAC and access could be a=problem here )
G-7B:
Same exact pool plan with the mezzanine taken out.<=o:p>
Another stair option going down to the +38' le=el at the northwest corner.
Introduction of a "Patio" at the entrances t= the pool with the vehicle drop-off between the doors.</=>
This is a much better transition from the pool to the ex=erior and gives us a buffer to the road.
Additional mechanical/pool equipment space to the south =f the shower.
( we need to verify topography here )<=p>
Please review and get back to us with your comments.
Again, if you would like to bring back the cascading sta=rs off of the screening room patio,

We will more than happy to redesign them back in..just l=t us know.
Thanks and have a nice weekend.
