I am in Normandy, staying =ith Venetia Wimborne at her stunning Chateau Fontaine l'Abbe.
I know that I mentioned so=e time ago that she was selling it. However, you should know the price has=now dropped
significantly to Euros 5M (from an original asking price of 10=.
The difference between thi= Chateau and most of the others on the market is that her late husband lit=rally rebuilt it
from the ground up in the early '90s. So all wiring, plum=ing, foundations etc (the normal curse of buying an old
property) are in f=rst class condtion. All the bedrooms are en suite and there is also a lift=
It has one more significan= difference in that Venetia has planted the most beautiful 'English' garde= which has now
matured to perfection.
