Gary said he didn't have a kitchen designer in mind for LSJ.. He did ask Tom Hoch
to contact a designer in Dallas that he's used in the past to see if they might
be interested.
Gary said you need to decide if you are OK with Boffi's timeframe and wish to
proceed with them.
What should I do about Boffi? Would you like them to proceed? Should I send them
the $5000 retainer fee so they can start the project?
