Subject Grass seed
Gil (in charge of our landscaping from Green Island Gardens) said that putting grass seed down
was a bad idea because it is a bad time of the year to try. He claims it's too hot, the best time is
when it is cool. He suggests laying some sod down. He can look for a small pallet
(approximately 20 pieces) and fill in the areas in need. This would cost approximately $150 with
install? Or we can try the seed?
