From my discussion I believe it is 3% of carry for the first deal and then we move to the 25% of
carry. Pretty miserable??
Best to do it with you and we take JPM for execution???

contract.. 3% of deal . is undefinded. If you bring in a 100 million deal , does that mean a 3
million fee.?
