Looked at commercial development in Kiev:
1. Ukraine is in real trouble
2. Every type of finance deal (real estate, PE, instruments) at every corner on
offer 3. CEO of Bank invited me to offer me all sorts of investments - all
rubbish and high risk 4. Would not surprise me if Ukraine goes bankrupt and
Russia "buys" it 5. P factor in the right places 7/10
