Moens tells me he sold 125 Via del Lago (Powers ex Jack Taylor) for $9.5M. Its a 12,000 sf Wyeth on the north
side on the way to Tollman. It was once at $14 and recently listed at $11. Powers paid $4.5 in 1998. It is on a
39000 sf lot. But its the highest estate section sale dry sale this year.
