Innovium would co-invest $250,000 with you. we're finalizing Q3 numbers now and
will send you... it's becoming extremely hard to operate without any
receivables financing -- if that's something you and he could set up this week
while other deal is worked through it would be enormously helpful. We had a
very successful visualzing.org launch with GE and licensing terms from McGraw
Hill expected this week.
