Hey jeff. Trust all is well. Don't know where you're spending your time lately,

The construction, next door to the cottage, is going well. In la jolla now for a
couple of days. Let me know if you'd like to use the cottage-anytime. Come out
and see what I'm putting my nest egg into! Warren was out here couple of wks
