and bring in the required capital.
The point was to avoid rights issue, but any suggestions you have to get this
done incl discount, would be greatly appreciated.
My friend Robert who is dealing with this (as corporate finance advisor) would
take any instructions you have, to make this work.
My interest is that I would love to take this to the Chinese to invest (only if
you approve that its good).
