Jeffrey,
We can't get rooms at the Westin for Jan 7 - 11th. They are completely booked from
Jan. 4th to the 16th. The Ritz will hold rooms for us for the 7th-11th but we need to let
them know ASAP or they will release them. Should we go with the Ritz?

I received a call back from the Westin. They do not have any rooms available from January
4-16'h. Once you give me the go ahead, I'll get a contract from the Ritz. I would like to firm
