Jeff,
Working with a spreadsheet and based on people's respective blocks on their
schedules, if we can schedule for the weekend of 8th January, it is basically the only
date that will work for all. Is this date acceptable to you?
Also, you said 3 days. Are you thinking Friday or Monday as the third day?
Are the 2 days of travel also considered part of the 3 days, or are you thinking 3 days
on the island, and additional days for the travel.
Also, no one raised any issue related to their spouses attending (at least not yet), and
so, I do not believe it will be an issue at all.
If you let me know if this is acceptable, then I will have them put it on their calendars.
