My buyer is asking about a response to the contract and the deposit . We need to move this forward as
currently the helicopter was removed from the market for you.
More importantly I heard last evening that your purchase of the 76 is part of the bid to Argentina, that
gives me pause for a number of reasons.
I attended the bidders conference and the main stumbling block is what to do with the S-70, has your
group solved that problem?
I understand the award is not until mid October which creates a further problem regarding our closing ,
pre buy etc.
Perhaps my source was incorrect but we need to discuss the next step regarding the sale.
