This email will confirm a purchase price of 12.2m for Sikorsky s-76C++ sn 760750. Closing to occur
ASAP, we will have contracts to you early next week. Helicopter will deliver with standard Sikorsky new
aircraft warranty balance ( started 3110 actual warranty 2 years 1000hours.) Also standard 2 pilot 2
mech training at flight safety.
All systems will be in working order as with new delivery. Pre buy at location of your choice, please
advise , helicopter currently in Virgin Islands...failure to close you pay for movement at 2500 per hour
rate, if you close no charge.
I think this covers the high points, what is your date to place into pre buy and when for closing
Contract signing will require a 200K deposit
