For the US$19m investment Infonma receive 51% of Asia Gateway Healthcare and therefore the
Asia Gateway name. My current Beijing entity that deals with healthcare data only will be co-
owned by them. The UK entity remains 100% mine, I am now forming a new China entity and I
intend to continue the topics we discuss under the name AGC Capital (but can name it Financial
Trust China or whatever).
