You asked for alternatives for the cottage door replacement budget $82,000 for 20 openings
I went thru the existing doors and think the shutters can continue to be repaird by island staff
the entry doors are not salvagable in my estimation.
I recommend that they be replaced with new doors with fixed glass(Keeps the rain out,ac in)
cost $2,000 each from Hoch $40,000 He' 1/2 the cost of local bidder.
if you want to shutter the inside add $300 per door $6,000
if you drape all the inside you may not need the shutters
