Jeff,
We received very strong interest from a Chinese financing entity to provide us with 85% of the
financing we need for our CR telecom deal (120M+) There are special circumstances attached to
the money, so we need a creative deal making guy / strategist to help tie up the lose ends. All
points are not set in concrete, but we are close.
Darby Overseas from DC may be willing to provide the rcmaing 15% of the cash needed, but we
need to run the entire scenario past a good deal guy with before we make contact with them
again.
We can ask for recommendations from a couple guys in NY, but can you recommend anyone who
may be interested to take a look?
