Shareholder meeting is still ongoing and will continue into the night. Our proposal (whether to
start discussions with us) is being discussed heavily. Thcrc is fear rc DB exclusivity, etc. I told
him there is nothing to lose for them and if they dont its their major loss as it is the end of the
bank.
