I like it. When you say "top of the hill", do you mean at the Frenchcap Cay Lookout?
Also, on your question regarding the use of sod rather then seed for the grass areas at the house; I
would recommend sod in such a small area. Grass seed will take several months to really fill in
solid and won't take any foot traffic until it's established. Seeding is better suited for the large
open areas.
