Rockpoint Capital out of Boston, a S3bb private equity oppty fund has just asked for any and all
of the seedco funding they can get up to 100% of it. I asked their permission to tell a very close
friend and partner and they gave me permission so I'm telling you consistent with the question
you asked me this weekend. I am about to meet with John Paulson and his gang.
