i have the lists. i know most of the folks.
some quick questions:
1. how many?
are you comfortable with as many as 50 people? 100?
2. do you want to run this Foo style? as an unconference?
it works well, we can get the Foo folks to help.
3. in West Palm? do you have a venue there that you like?
want to make sure you can attend and that we plan around that.
4. do you have an office support person who can help with logistics/
administration?
5. Any target date in mind? these folks often need at least 6 months.
