Spoke to the GM at Gallows Point, (St. John condos located in Cruz Bay), they normally do not
do long term, but he worked up a nightly rate, if stay is over 30 days. Rate is $ 161 per night,
(approx. $4,900 monthly). He said, regular nightly rate is $495. Units are one bedroom, living
room and kitchen. I can take Sarah over on Wed to look at these units, if you want. Let me
