great reading, I would only comment on th= money section. it seems somewhat limited to the US syst=m. ETFs do
not work internationally. . does greece get its own= how does a brazilian convert, how does the govt a=count for tax.
does it accept etfs from other countries. =C2 does one have to mark to market etf value a the en= of year like
currencies. the arbitrage betweeen a fixed number and =loating based on underlying individual components would be
complex. =C2 happy to discuss further in person , phone or skype
