principals. . shareholder agreements. most i=portantly t ALL amendments, does not make any sens= to have
footnotes „ "amendment not read. !!.. " . also please put in one place a full estate file, =AO wills for leon and debra,
all trust agreements, . the=e should be followed by balance sheets for each entitiy, .
cash flow , balance sheet, financial state=ent , gaming disclosure MUST at a minimum be consistant.=C2 valuations,
categorizations, numbers. =. ie cash 12 /31,and jan 1should be equal, or explaine= if not.
