discuss my30 managing the entire fitness platform as an alternative to Zoomtion ) Phase 1 will give us an opportunity
to refine and upgrade all elements of the technology/equipment/accessories/data output/branding/design/business
model etc and allow us the time to have strategic discussions about whether CORE: is involved in the U.S. expansion plan
