When Jack G. and I last spoke with Mr. Herman, we closed wi=h a statement from him that he
would get back to us with case law (from NY)=that showed a viable cause of action could be pled against our client. =e
have not heard anything nor been provided with cases and therefore It=A0am at a loss to respond to your email.
If there is legal authority please provide and we will pres=nt it to our client.
