Also after speaking w=th Liz,.
She informs they just placed a Pilot at Philip Mo=ris Corp on G550.
He's not Gulfstream rated so Philip =orris has to type the person, he is hired as a copilot, type rating cost i=
$45,000 to Philip Morris,
His starting pay is $130,000 p=us retirement package.
Liz states we should at least offe= $150,000 starting pay to real in good pilot candidates.
