Just =ad an hour consult with Justin Dillon of KaiserDillon, probably the =remiere Title IX firm in the country (you can
google all the work they =ave done). He is presently doing 2 cases at ASU, and it turns out =e read physics of star trek
when he was in college and is a big fan. =nbsp;He seemed excellent and knew just how the system works (and has
=lready once forced ASU to end a suspension of a student because they =iolated his rights).
Anyway, we talked strategy etc, and I am confident if I went =ith a lawyer to keep me in my position at ASU they are the
firm. =nbsp;They are not cheap though. $15K retainer, and he expected =he full process would probably be between
$50-100K. =nbsp;
Let=me be blunt. Can you help? I have already lost over $100K =n speaking engagements this year alone.
There is no one else I would ask so =luntly, nor anyone else I will be absolutely fine with whatever the =nswer is.
