There are lots of people whom I like a lot and whose work I respect (and often though not always agree with). I think
I've mentioned Randy Gallistel at Rutgers. Norbert Hornstein (who has a blog you might look at) and Paul Pietroski at
Maryland. Gennaro Chierchia at Harvard. Lots of others.
I rarely meet people just to talk about interesting topics and to schmooze. Too busy. It's been a pleasant and unusual
break with you.
Owe you a letter on getting together over the summer. I've been holding off because plans are up in the air. Valeria will
be going to Brazil in a few days, back at the end of the month, and we're at once plunged in to all sorts of commitments.
While Valeria's in Brazil I'll be spending some time with a granddaughter. Latter part of August we're off to Italy and
maybe Greece if the country still exists. Looks as though there aren't any gaps until September.
