I am personally supportive of this approach, and how you g=t there, but I can't commit for David until I talk to him with
the offer in hand. 1=20 personally think one of two things will happen: either he will accept or he will propose a modest
change, initial, and send the docs back. On=e I have something in writing I will be able to drive this quickly to a
conclusion. I would just never tell you "yes" and then look=bad in your eyes, if he slips a bit on the cash piece...
