documen=s. The second one if their prescribed Purchase and Sale Agreement.=C2 The third document is the standard,
State of TN, Real Estate Purchas= Agreement. IF you were to purchase a resale unit, you would likely =se the States
document. If you buy directly from the developer you w=uld be required to use their purchase agreement.
