I really like the tverskaya option. We do='t need to do any work here, only repainting the walls and maybe
buyin= a small wardrobe. The owner can leave the furniture, the plasma N, 2 ACs= the washing machine, etc. Parquet
floor. The area around the building is =urrounded by a fence, which is a big deal in moscow.
