How are you? A couple of =hings:
1. I wanted rich to set up a call with you tomorrow aft to discuss what art=(high basis, low basis, etc) shld be contributed
to the art pshp before he=ther gets specific with leon. I'll prob listen in just for educational=purposes.
2. On trustee approval of art purchases will go for totally clean resolutio= (obviously no memo) but won't be surprised if
they want the resolutio= to reference leon's advice and expertise since last one or two resolu=ions I believe included
that language. Have to see how it plays.
3. For what its worth I think I know the facts abt the finance/eileen/barry=screw up friday. Haven't heard eileens
"explanation" since s=e was gone when I went to speak to her abt it. Will lead to an acceleratio= of her leaving the co for
reasons you're familiar with.
