I spoke with Alan and he said that we should ask for discount however it =ould impact him negatively if fees were not
paid to Marks Paneth
Fees outstanding 42,030
I was able to negotiate a 3,530 discount (8.4%) to settle outstanding =ith Mark Paneth thru 6/14/2014 for 38,500
Please advise if ok to pay
