Well.
No surprises here.
The outstanding issue I see here has to do the =egger test ( insulation test). It should be tested BEFORE, any
work is =one to the generator end windings.
A subsequent test, after the work is done, will =hen let us know if this cleaning did any HARM to the
operational =unction of the units during the cleaning, in a before and after factual =est. It will eliminate any he said he
said and finger =ointing.
Thats my opinion of the report.
