Jeffrey--Had a long discussion with Ian yesterday about how to go =orward and reviewed his proposal. If you can afford
it, I'm confident =t will be worth it. On the scale of one to ten, with ten being present =tate of antipathy to you, I think it
can be reduced to 3-4 in 18 =onths. I'm completely signed on to being part of this effort and would =ope to essentially
co-manage the process with Ian--I would arrange with =an on this. I'd personally have a sense of satisfaction in both
