i think you should use the reinve=tment idea, in a link with the universities. it would give you great cache= to
have crafted an elegant solution that encompasses , many of the larges= problems, in combination with the assets at
hand . I would add to nick= note, that we should not only look at real assets that the gov't shou=dn't be holding , but
the INTELLECTUAL assets, that are not being expl=ited.
