• Average utilizati=n on that YOM is just over llk hours TTAF — anything over/under tha= would affect that price
accordingly
• There are several mods that would add to th= value — new DU 885 adds around $700k
• WiFi & ADS-B out are 2 other m=ds that can affect the FMV to a large degree (ADS-8 is really starting to p=p up
with buyers)
• Pricing includes RRCC, so no adjustment there (but good that y=u have it — big assist in marketing the jet should
you decide to se=I)
• A= you well know, inspection status can have a big impact on market value
• Above as=umes good condition P&I, logs & records
