when I post my v=deos of it. I have many times been told that I have certain unique facilit=es in my practice that were
unusual and interesting for others to grasp. l=always wanted to share my practice with people that were interested but
am=lacking structure/ teaching techniques. I have been practicing it every da= for more than 10 years and have
accumulated a lot of knowledge that isn=E244t only theoretical but also practical (had many health issues reso=ved by
committing to doing certain exercise daily) and would be so glad to=turn it into something of use to others, am
particularly interested in com=ng up with programs for men's health as well as for women, address=ng most common
issues for both genders. But before I start doing it am loo=ing to take a 200 hour yoga teacher training at one of the
studios in the =ity. It's quite expensive that is why I'm reaching out for=help if you think it's a good idea. I completely
understand if not=and will be grateful to hear your feedback.
