The owner(s) are asking too much for the properties for it to make a good investment in terms of cash flow & won't
budge on lowering their offer prices.
I'm considering partnering up as a LP where I'd be able to own a percentage of something, rather than 100% of nothing
on my own for now. It's tough without credibility, which seems to be my hurdle.
